Hey, It's Natty here. Co-Founder and Creative Director of Mango Marketing Co. I am an Arab American business owner. As a Lebanese American it's my honor to highlight other Lebanese American businesses. What a better way to start than talking about Chef Miled from Habibi Supper Club.
There is a version of the Lebanese food story that gets told over and over in American food media: grandmother's recipe, nostalgia, warmth and some type of flavored hummus. That story is true, and it matters, except for the chocolate hummus. We will argue about that another day.
But Chef Miled at Habibi Supper Club is telling a fuller one. A bigger picture. In Lebanese, we say "Sahtain" which means "Double your health" or "two healths." It's our version of "bon appetit" and I think that's beautiful.
Habibi Supper Club is a Philadelphia (and beyond) dining experience built around Lebanese cuisine, and the word "experience" is doing real work in that sentence. From the menu to the mood to the way Miled talks about the food, everything is considered. This is a kitchen with a point of view.
Lebanese cuisine has depth, range, and history that deserves to be taken seriously. We are here to make that case.
Miled's content strategy reflects that seriousness. His presence across social media is not about going viral (even though it should). The strategy is about consistency and education, giving audiences something to return to. Lebanese food is layered, regional, and alive. Chef Miled Is bringing depth to the content and the cooking.

We were honored to be there for behind the scenes content.
For food writers and editors covering the Philadelphia dining scene, Habibi Supper Club is the kind of subject that rewards attention. The food is the entry point, but the story behind it, the community it is building, the cuisine it is championing, is what makes it worth following closely.
Philadelphia has always had a table big enough for this. Habibi Supper Club pulled up the MF'ing chair. Sorry, to all of our Teta's for the cursing. For Small Business Owners, pay close attention to how intentional branding can help grow social media when a strong plan is Involved.
