5 Superstitions We Swear By at Mango Marketing Co

Every team has its rituals, the small habits nobody can fully explain but nobody wants to skip either. Here are five superstitions we live by at Mango.
1. We Wear Green to Bring in the Money
Green means go, and around here it also means growth. Yes, you are used to seeing us in orange but we often coordinate green especially when we have strong admin days to bring in the cash. Thank you to Alicia for having us do the "money green" outfits she's been rocking for years.
2. We Say Inshallah a Lot, Thanks to Natty
If the future comes up, so does this word. It has become part of how the team talks about anything not yet certain, a small nod to humility mixed with hope. We have Natty to thank for making it a team habit. Plus, she also believes in the evil eye.
3. We Do Not Start Planning Until the Contract Is Signed
No matter how good a deal feels, we hold off on the celebration planning until the ink is dry. It keeps the team grounded and protects us from getting ahead of ourselves.
4. We Write Goals Each Month
There is something about putting it on paper that makes it feel real, and makes it easier to look back and see how far we have come.
5. We Focus on Specific Numbers for Challenges and Money
We put exact numbers on our challenges and our money targets, because a specific number is a lot harder to talk yourself out of than a general hope.
