Where does your product hang out? In a cozy boutique, a bustling online store, or maybe at local farmers' markets? The place where your customers can find you is crucial. Make it convenient for them, and they’ll keep coming back for more. Explore various channels and see what works best for your business.


4. Promotion

Time to spread the word! Promotion is all about getting your product in front of as many eyeballs as possible. Think social media, email marketing, and good old-fashioned word of mouth. Run fun contests, collaborate with influencers, and maybe even try some quirky guerrilla marketing. The sky’s the limit – get creative!


5. People

Your team can make or break your business. Surround yourself with passionate, skilled individuals who believe in your vision. Customer service is key – treat your customers like royalty, and they’ll become your biggest advocates. Happy team, happy customers!


6. Process

Behind every great product is a well-oiled machine of processes. From manufacturing to delivery, make sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Streamline your operations, embrace technology, and don’t be afraid to tweak things to improve.


7. Physical Evidence
