How Luxe Content Studio Became Baltimore’s #1 Event Space by Going All In on Branding and Marketing


When Luxe Content Studio first came to us, they weren’t just looking to build an event space, they wanted to build a brand that people would talk about, remember, and trust. Fast forward, and Luxe is now the go-to spot in Baltimore County and for Towson University students to host content days, parties, panels, pop-ups, and more.

So how did we do it together? We like believe it was sweat, tears and three additioanl steps that transforms businesses from “new space” to 7,000 square feet of must-experience. 


Here’s how we applied all of Mango Marketing into that for Luxe:

Step 1: Build the Buzz (Social Media + PR)

First, we needed people to see Luxe and see it often. That started with a bold social media strategy. We:

  • Created a cohesive Instagram aesthetic that matched Luxe’s physical vibe

  • We took the trends to tik-tok!

  • Posted photo and video content from real events to show the space in action

  • Leveraged trending audio and reels to drive reach

  • Partnered with local influencers and creatives to organically spread the word

  • Hosted a mini photoshoot to stock the website with images and get behind-the-scenes posts

But social media alone wasn’t enough. We needed more to bring it to life with her. — so we got to work on PR:

  • Luxe was featured in local event publications and lifestyle vlogs.

  • Luxe was featured in Baltimore Magazine, Towson Patch, Baltimore Voyage and Canvas Rebel

  • We positioned the founder as a creative leader through interviews and quotes

  • We made sure Luxe was part of the city’s creative conversations

  • Heavy focus on Google Reviews to create trust.


Step 2: Build the Brand (Website + Soft Branding)

Once people discovered Luxe, we made sure their digital experience matched the in-person one.

We focused on:

  • Website design: A user-friendly, mobile-optimized site with a clean booking process, clear pricing, and bold visuals that felt just like the studio itself.

  • Update to branding: We updated tone of voice, color palette, and client-facing materials to create a full sensory experience with a strategy to back it. We like to say you experience it from DMs to invoices. Everything about it all felt Luxe.

this is the space for creatives who care about aesthetic, energy, and experience.


Step 3: Build the Community (Email Marketing + Event Strategy)


  • Email campaigns: We help create emails that offered event tips, studio updates, and sneak peeks at upcoming availability. These also gave details into the membership and rental options available.

  • Client spotlights and UGC (user-generated content): We celebrated the people using the space by implementing their connecting and resharing it on social media.

  • In-house event planning and co-hosted experiences: The Founder is an expert at event planning and loves to plan every detail. We helped create buzz around their grand opening and co-hosted a holiday small business event to show off the space.

Luxe Content Studio is now loved by many. By going all in on their branding, marketing, and client experience, they’ve built a space that sells itself because the story, visuals, and vibe are consistent from top to bottom.
