3 Types of ROI to Expect From Events


If there’s one thing to know about Mango Marketing Co., it’s that we love a good event! Because we love events so much, we want to talk about why they might be a smart investment with good ROI for your business. Here are some thoughts.


Visibility 


Events increase your visibility. Whether it’s because you’re running ads and targeting new audiences to sell tickets, or simply your organic marketing efforts, talking about bringing people together usually inspires people to share about it. Attendees like to invite friends and tell their customers what they’re up to, which in turn exposes you to new potential customers that you might have otherwise never crossed paths with. 


Brand Awareness


After being exposed to your brand, things like your branding, your storytelling, and your customer experience draw people in to desire a deeper understanding of your brand. If they come to the event, they get to know more about who you are and what you do. Events offer potential clients a chance to “peek behind the curtain,” so to speak, because vibes don’t lie when you spend time with people. Things like the way you communicate with your team, how smoothly the event runs, or how you handle it if something goes wrong, all communicate your true brand values and what their experience working with you might be like. Knock this out of the park and you’ve got new customers ahead!
