Consistency
Having a consistent publication for your newsletter is so important, even while you’re working out other kinks. Pick a schedule that you can stick to! If you know a weekly newsletter is too big of an ask for you and/or your team, do a monthly newsletter. Even a quarterly newsletter that is comprehensive and CONSISTENT can work! People are creatures of habit, and giving them something they can regularly rely on and look forward to increases the chances that your efforts don’t get lost in their inbox.
Branding

Bringing your branding into your newsletter offers a visually engaging element that grabs readers' attention and gives them something else that they can look forward to when opening that email.
